Project Duration: September 2023 – March 2024
Refurbishment of existing sewer pump station, including
- Dewatering approx. 2km of DN375 rising main in and cut in new bypass connection pipework in a single outage
- By passing flow up to 115L/s with standalone diesel powered bypass pump arrangement
- Installation of a new mag flow meter, including new 3.2 x 2.4x 2.5m cast in-situ pit
- New aluminium lids to wet well, valve pit and FM pit
- New control cabinet, pump connection turrets, new mains connection, site lighting, SCADA/Telemetry installation and miscellaneous electrical refurb of redundant control building
- Installation of Polybrid lining to wet well. All new pipe work, flowmeter valves and fittings from pumps to existing rising main
- Commissioning and operator training of new well
- Site improvements and restoration, including footpaths, fencing, installation of sandstone blocks, lawn reinstatement
